Space Saving Bottling Line Mfg by ACASI. Filling Machine is completely automatic and is in operation with 8 nozzles, Allen bradley PLC and Touch screen controller, pump with capacity upto 50 GPM. inlet and outlet bottles count sensors and pneumatic gates working accordingly, a twenty gallon SS accumulator tank with a pneumatic inlet valve. Capping machine as shown in the pictures works with all kinds of caps.From the top hopper caps fall in the bowl and from bowl to dispenser lane. It comes with 3 sets of adjustable spinning disc as a cap tightener and two sets of rubber bands to hold the bottles in position.The Labeling machine , make CVC model no 300. is automatic with hot stamp coder on it. the labeling speed can be controlled. 36" dia. turn table. The bottling line also has a compressor that generates 125 PSI and a 30 GPM running capacity UV system. The line comes with a 13' and 20' length of 4.5" wide conveyor with adjustable side bar .
The whole bottling line is in perfect condition, manufactured 2008. , MOC SS 316 and can be installed as it is and ready to go for production.

Norland SpectraPak 3000 bottled water line, Purchased new in May 2007. This line includes a 48" feed table, BR 3000 bottle rinser, BF 3000 filler, LC 3000 capper/labeler, LC 3000 elevator, CC 3000 cap tightener, Norland Shrink wrap 5000, Norland case pack 5000, 24' conveyor and 12" accumulation conveyor. All of the equipment is Stainless Steel. The line also has available a color label printer. The line is rated up to 50bpm and will apply flat and sports caps.
